How Long Does Shipping Takes?

Girlhairdo.com processes and ships orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Properly completed orders submitted prior to 5:00pm ET will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 5:00pm Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day*.

*A business day is any day Monday though Friday (excluding Holidays).


Packages ship from our distribution center in Girlhairdo, Singapore.

For Overseas Orders, standard delivery(registered mail) usually takes 5-10 working days. but in some cases may take up to 18 working days from shipped date, excluding weekends/holidays. Even though Post office states that standard delivery takes around 5-8 working days, We are unable to give an exact shipping date because shipping varies for different countries and different destination, in most cases it will arrive earlier, it depends on your country local post office and how fast they despatch your order.

Country Customs & Duties Fees

Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Girlhairdo.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Girlhairdo.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Girlhairdo.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to discl ose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us.

 

Tracking Number (for local registered mail / Internation orders )

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your packages transit progress to its shipment destination. The tracking nu mber will also show on the online order detail link that you are provided with in your original email confirmation. You can also contact sales@girlhairdo.com

Q5: What happens if no one is at home to receive the registered article item?

For any unsuccessful delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door. You can collect the item from the designated post office, redirect it to another post office at your convenience or reschedule for another delivery.

If you are collecting the item from the post office, you need to bring along your NRIC and the delivery advice.

Q6: What happens if I forget to collect my registered article item?

If you have not claimed your registered article item within 10 days, the item will be returned to the sender.

Shipping

Any packages that have been rerouted back to us will incur extra shipping fees to have the package redelivered. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge.

  

Order Processing

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified.

 

Returns Policy (Physical Retail Store/Shop Front Policy) 
All sales are final. This is a common industrial practice.

Customers responsibility to check your purchase before leaving the shop.


Return Policy (Online Store Policy)

At Girlhairdo.com customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item we will gladly refund you for the item cost. Please note the following rules for returns:

  • Items must be in their original manufacturer's condition and packaging. we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn, tried on or handled.
  • Do not unpack or try on the product. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot resell any item that has been tried on or mishandled. The item returned must be in original manufacturer condition with all tags and packaging, otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred.
  • Ineligible returns will incur a 50% product return fee.
  • Items must be returned to Girlhairdo within 15 days of receipt by the customer.
  • Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. We are not responsible lost or damaged packages.
  • Refunds will be applied back to your original method of payment.
  • Returns are not allowed on sale item, costume wigs, wig accessories, clearance items, or price matched items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the item cost only.
  • Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned. If promotional items are not returned, retail costs of these items will be incurred.

Exchange Policy

No restocking fees for items in original manufacturer's condition. Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. Exchanges are not allowed on costume wigs, wig accessories, clearance items, or price matched items. Coupon codes, free shipping and promotions do not apply to exchange items.

Please read the policy below in its entirety before sending any products back to us.

  • If you are not happy with the color or texture of your wig, we would be happy to exchange it to another product free of charge.
  • Do not unpack or try on the product. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot resell any item that has been tried on or mishandled.
  • The item returned must be in original manufacturer’s condition with all tags and packaging. Otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred plus standard reshipping cost for the new item.
  • Once you have received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.
  • All exchanges must be completed within 15 days of original purchase.
  • Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. We are not responsible lost or damaged packages.
Exchange or Return Product Eligibility |

Eligible Products:
In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.
Ineligible Products:
Sale wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

    Please note that wigs, hair extensions, hair pieces and hair accessories by their nature of use are deemed unfit for return if they have been worn. If you are unsure about a style please do remember that hygiene requirements are high due to the intimate nature of wig use.

    If you receive a wig that is faulty or you do not like the style or colour please contact us.

    Wigs must be returned unworn, unused and with tags attached in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please do not purchase a various array of wigs / hair items simply to 'try on'. Fitting is available at our showroom in Girlhairdo, Singapore.

    Wigs and hair items that have been tried on, worn, brushed, styled or used are non returnable for hygiene reasons due to the intimate nature of thier use. Wigs with odour, cosmetics or perfume traces are also deemed unfit for resale.
